The Tech AllStars program aims to grow and develop the next generation of diverse IT and cybersecurity professionals. Founded by Bryant Wallace, the 14-week training program takes young people from the sidelines of the lucrative and growing IT field—which every year has a gap between open positions and viable candidates—and puts them into the playing field to develop personal and career success.

 

This pathway allows Evanston young people to be successful, create economic and life stability, connect to a network of community minded IT mentors, and change the landscape of Evanston’s IT industry from the inside out.
